Product Description
Sodium Lactate supplied by Zenco Systems Ltd is a 60% aqueous solution widely used in East Africa. It is the sodium salt of lactic acid with the chemical formula C3H5NaO3. This colorless to pale yellow liquid has a slightly salty taste, excellent solubility in water, and acts as a pH buffer, humectant, and preservative. Its versatile use spans food processing, cosmetics manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, detergents, and personal care products. Produced to meet industry standards, the product remains stable under normal storage conditions.
