Product Description
Paraffin Oil is a purified mineral oil primarily used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and various industrial applications. It consists of saturated hydrocarbons mainly alkanes with molecular weights ranging approximately from C15H32 to C40H82. This clear, colorless, and odorless liquid exhibits excellent lubricating properties, is insoluble in water, and highly stable and non-reactive. Common uses include as a lubricant, carrier oil in cosmetics, base for ointments and creams, release agent in food processing, and in candle and polish manufacturing.
