Product Description

Lactic Acid, chemically known as 2-Hydroxypropanoic acid (CAS 50-21-5), is a food-grade organic acid widely used across food preservation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cosmetic formulations, textile dyeing, leather tanning, and cleaning agent production. It appears as a colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid with a mild acidic odor and a typical pH of 2.0 to 3.5 in aqueous solutions. Highly soluble in water, it functions as a preservative, acidulant, pH regulator, and exfoliant.
