Product Description

Soya Lecithin is a natural phospholipid mixture extracted from soybean oil. It serves as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and dispersing agent in food manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and feed production. It appears as a brownish-yellow viscous liquid or soft solid and contains phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol. Its multifunctional properties improve texture, stability, and shelf life in food products and support moisturizing and conditioning in cosmetics.
