Product Description

Maize Starch supplied by Zenco Systems Ltd is a highly pure carbohydrate powder derived from maize kernels. Consisting primarily of amylose and amylopectin polysaccharides with empirical formula (C6H10O5)n, this white, odorless powder offers excellent water absorption and thickening properties. Widely used as a thickening, stabilizing, and binding agent in food, pharmaceuticals, textile processing, paper manufacturing, adhesive formulations, and biodegradable materials.
